Sales policy


All prices are in Canadian dollars. Prices listed on the website do not include taxes or shipping fees. Taxes are charged based on the applicable rate according to your location.


All shipments are prepared within 5 to 7 business days following the purchase and are then ready to be delivered with Canada Post, depending on the option chosen. For the province of Quebec, standard delivery (1 to 7 business days) or Xpresspost (1 to 3 business days) options are available. For the rest of Canada, only standard delivery is offered. Delivery is available throughout Canada, excluding some areas (Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut), and is free on all orders of $180 or more (province of Quebec only), before taxes and shipping fees (standard delivery applies). Delivery rates are determined based on the size, weight of the package, and your location.

Each order is carefully packaged to prevent breakage. However, if you receive your package and one or more items are broken, please contact us so we can replace it.

For residents of Montreal, it is possible to pick up your order directly from our studio in the Mile-End, by appointment. Simply select Studio Pickup method during the checkout process, and we will contact you by email to arrange a moment.


Due to the fragility of the product and the care required in packaging ceramic pieces, returns and exchanges are unfortunately not accepted. However, if you want to come to the studio for an exchange (if the desired item is still available), it is possible to do so. You can contact us directly within 30 days of purchase to make arrangements. Proof of payment must be provided, and the item must not have been used.

Product availability

Since the production process is quite lengthy and all products are handmade in Quebec in small quantities, some products may occasionally be out of stock for an indefinite period. Feel free to contact us for more information on this matter.


Customer satisfaction being a priority, feel free to contact us if you are not satisfied with your purchase or if you encounter any issues related to one of our products. We will be happy to discuss with you how we can rectify the situation. Since ceramic is very fragile, accidental breakages are unfortunately not covered.
